Website, Services & Client Access

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions explain the rules that apply when using the Nutrissues by Georgia Papalli website, purchasing products or services, booking appointments and using the My Nutrissues client service.

Last updated: 12 September 2026

1. About these Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Nutrissues by Georgia Papalli website and, where relevant, to appointments, nutrition-related services, products, digital content and the My Nutrissues client service.

By using the website, placing an order, booking a service or using My Nutrissues, you agree to these Terms to the extent that they apply to the relevant activity.

These Terms do not limit any mandatory rights you may have under applicable Cyprus or European Union law.

2. Use of the website

The Nutrissues website is provided for general information, communication, appointment enquiries, access to services and the purchase of products where available.

You agree not to use the website:

  • in a way that is unlawful, fraudulent or abusive;
  • in a way that could damage, disable or interfere with the website or its security;
  • to attempt to gain unauthorised access to accounts, systems or information;
  • to upload malicious code, harmful files or material that infringes the rights of another person.

We may restrict or block access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, client information, other users or the security of our systems.

3. Health and nutrition information

General information published on the Nutrissues website, including articles, recipes, educational material and other public content, is provided for general informational purposes.

Public website content is not intended to replace an individual consultation, diagnosis, medical treatment or advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

Individual nutrition recommendations provided during a consultation or through an agreed Nutrissues service are based on the information available about the individual client at that time.

Urgent or emergency concerns: Nutrissues and My Nutrissues are not emergency services. If you believe you require urgent medical attention, contact the appropriate emergency or healthcare service.

4. Appointments and nutrition services

Appointment availability, duration, price and the nature of a particular nutrition service may be communicated on the website, during booking or directly with the client.

Clients are responsible for providing information that is reasonably accurate and complete so that nutrition support can be provided appropriately.

Where relevant, you should inform Georgia Papalli of important changes to your health, medication, diagnosis or other circumstances that may materially affect the nutrition advice being provided.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Any specific cancellation or rescheduling conditions communicated when an appointment is arranged will apply to that appointment.

Mandatory consumer rights continue to apply where relevant. Further information about cancellations and refunds is available in our Refund & Returns Policy.

5. Orders, prices and payments

Product and service descriptions, prices and availability are displayed on the website where applicable.

Prices shown at checkout are the prices applicable to the order at that time, subject to any obvious error or other circumstance permitted by law.

Where payment is required online, the order is not treated as completed until the checkout process has been successfully completed and the transaction has been accepted.

We may refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • payment is not successfully authorised;
  • a product or service is unavailable;
  • the information supplied is materially incorrect;
  • there is an obvious pricing or technical error;
  • the transaction appears fraudulent or unlawful.

Where payment has already been received for an order that cannot be fulfilled, the appropriate refund will be arranged in accordance with applicable law.

6. Digital products and content

Nutrissues may provide digital products, including eBooks and downloadable materials.

Unless otherwise stated, digital products are supplied for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, sell, publish or make digital products available to third parties except where permitted by law or where written permission has been given.

Withdrawal rights for digital content

Different statutory withdrawal rules may apply when digital content is supplied immediately.

Where required by law, immediate supply will only affect your withdrawal right if the necessary consent and acknowledgement have been obtained.

Full information is available in our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. My Nutrissues client service

My Nutrissues is a private digital service available to authorised Nutrissues clients where access has been created for them.

Public self-registration is not available. An account may be created, activated, restricted or ended by Nutrissues according to the service agreed with the client.

Depending on the client’s agreed service, My Nutrissues may allow the client to:

  • record meals and nutrition journal entries;
  • upload meal photographs and notes;
  • record weight and view progress information;
  • access nutrition plans and other documents;
  • receive personalised practitioner feedback;
  • view progress summaries or other follow-up information.

Follow-up, not continuous monitoring

Information entered into My Nutrissues is reviewed as part of the follow-up arrangement agreed with the client.

Journal entries, photographs, documents, weight entries and other information submitted through My Nutrissues are not continuously monitored.

My Nutrissues must not be used for urgent medical concerns, emergencies or situations requiring an immediate response.

Access period

My Nutrissues access may be provided for a defined period connected to the client’s agreed nutrition service. Access may expire, be extended or be reactivated depending on the arrangement with the client.

Expiry of client access does not necessarily mean that all records are immediately deleted. Information may be retained where necessary for healthcare, professional, legal, accounting, security or other legitimate requirements, as explained in the Privacy Policy.

8. My Nutrissues account responsibilities

My Nutrissues access is personal to the authorised client.

Clients are responsible for:

  • keeping their login credentials confidential;
  • taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorised access to their account or device;
  • providing information that is reasonably accurate;
  • not uploading unlawful, malicious or inappropriate material;
  • notifying Nutrissues if they believe their account has been accessed without permission.

Account access must not be shared with another person unless an arrangement has specifically been authorised by Nutrissues.

Nutrissues may temporarily restrict or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to investigate suspected misuse, protect client information or maintain system security.

9. Website and service availability

We aim to keep the website and My Nutrissues available and functioning appropriately, but uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed.

Access may occasionally be interrupted because of:

  • maintenance or updates;
  • security measures;
  • hosting, internet or third-party service disruption;
  • technical faults outside our reasonable control.

Where practical, reasonable steps will be taken to restore affected services.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that apply to digital services under mandatory consumer law.

10. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, written content, graphics, nutrition resources, downloadable materials and other original Nutrissues content are owned by Nutrissues by Georgia Papalli or used with permission.

Content may be viewed and used for personal purposes in connection with the relevant service.

You must not reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, commercially exploit or substantially modify protected content without permission, except where permitted by law.

11. Responsibility and liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so or removes any mandatory consumer rights.

To the extent permitted by law, Nutrissues is not responsible for loss arising solely from:

  • use of public website information as a substitute for individual professional advice;
  • inaccurate or incomplete information supplied by a user;
  • unauthorised account access caused by a client knowingly sharing their credentials;
  • temporary service interruptions outside our reasonable control.

Any limitation in these Terms applies only to the extent permitted under applicable law.

12. Privacy and personal information

Nutrissues processes personal information in connection with website enquiries, appointments, purchases, nutrition services and My Nutrissues.

My Nutrissues may involve information concerning nutrition, health, meals, weight, photographs, documents and practitioner feedback.

Details about what personal information is collected, why it is processed, how it is protected, how long it may be retained and your data protection rights are explained in the Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time to reflect changes to the website, services, legal requirements or operational practices.

The current version will be published on this page together with the date of the latest update.

Where a significant change directly affects an active service or client account, additional notice may be provided where appropriate.

Applicable law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the Republic of Cyprus, subject to any mandatory consumer protections or rights that apply under Cyprus or European Union law.

Nothing in these Terms prevents a consumer from exercising rights concerning jurisdiction or dispute resolution that cannot lawfully be restricted by contract.
