Refund & Returns Policy
We want purchases from Nutrissues by Georgia Papalli to be clear and straightforward. This policy explains your rights and the process for cancellations, returns, refunds, damaged items and digital products purchased through our website.
1. Overview
This Refund & Returns Policy applies to eligible purchases made through the Nutrissues by Georgia Papalli website.
Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory rights you may have under applicable Cyprus or European Union consumer law.
Please contact us before returning an item. Providing your order number and details of the request helps us identify the purchase and advise you on the appropriate next step.
2. Your right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you will generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason, subject to the exceptions provided by law.
For physical goods
The 14-day withdrawal period generally begins on the day you, or a person nominated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
For services
For eligible service contracts, the withdrawal period generally begins when the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must clearly inform Nutrissues of your decision before the applicable withdrawal period expires.
You do not have to give a reason for exercising a statutory right of withdrawal.
3. Returning physical goods
After informing us that you are exercising an applicable right of withdrawal, eligible goods should be returned without undue delay and normally no later than 14 days from the date you notified us.
You are responsible for taking reasonable care of goods while they are in your possession.
You may inspect an item in a way that would reasonably be possible in a physical shop. You may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Return postage
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or we have agreed otherwise, the direct cost of returning an item is normally your responsibility.
We recommend using a trackable delivery method and retaining proof of postage until the return has been completed.
4. Refunds
Where you validly exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, we will refund payments due under applicable consumer law without undue delay and normally no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notification.
For physical goods, we may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or you provide evidence that you have sent them back, whichever occurs first.
Delivery costs
Where required by law, a withdrawal refund will also include the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered for the original order.
If you selected a more expensive delivery method, such as an express service, the additional delivery cost above the standard option does not have to be refunded.
Refund method
Refunds will generally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method is expressly agreed.
Once we have issued a refund, the time required for the amount to appear in your account may depend on your bank, card issuer or payment provider.
5. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
Your statutory rights concerning faulty goods are separate from the 14-day change-of-mind withdrawal right.
If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect, or appears not to conform to what was ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide:
- your order number;
- a description of the problem;
- photographs where these help demonstrate the issue.
We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer law. Depending on the circumstances, this may include replacement, repair, price reduction or refund.
Reporting transport damage promptly helps us investigate the matter with the delivery provider, but a short internal reporting period does not remove statutory consumer rights where those rights otherwise apply.
6. Items and contracts that may be excluded
The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply in every situation. Legal exceptions may include, depending on the circumstances:
- goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised;
- goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
- sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons where they have been unsealed after delivery;
- digital content supplied electronically where the legal conditions for loss of the withdrawal right have been met;
- services that have been fully performed during the withdrawal period where the applicable legal conditions have been satisfied.
An item will not be treated as non-returnable simply because it has been described as a “final sale” item where mandatory consumer rights still apply.
7. Digital products and downloads
Nutrissues may sell digital products, including the E-Book υγιεινά & yummy.
The rules for digital content differ from those for physical goods.
When access begins immediately
If digital content is supplied before the end of the statutory withdrawal period, you may lose your right to withdraw once supply or downloading begins where you have:
- expressly agreed that supply should begin during the withdrawal period; and
- acknowledged that by doing so you will lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins.
If the legally required consent or acknowledgement has not been obtained, your statutory rights are not removed simply because the product is digital.
If digital content is faulty, unavailable or does not conform to what was purchased, separate statutory remedies may apply.
8. Appointments and other services
Nutrissues also offers appointments and nutrition-related services. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions may depend on the nature and timing of the particular service.
Where a consumer asks for an eligible service to begin during the statutory withdrawal period, additional rules may apply regarding payment for the part of the service already provided.
Where a service has been fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, the right of withdrawal may cease only where the conditions required by applicable law have been met.
Any specific appointment or service cancellation conditions communicated at the time of booking apply alongside your mandatory consumer rights.
9. Requesting a return or refund
To request a return, withdrawal or refund, please contact Nutrissues and include your order number together with enough information for us to identify the purchase.
